Sterling Heritage, in partnership with Caragility, Thundercat Technology, and Iron Bow Healthcare, was awarded an indefinite delivery / indefinitely quantity (IDIQ) contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Program Contracting Activity Central for the TeleCare Companion Patient Observation Support and Services Program. The contract (valued at $65 million with a base period of one year and four optional years, with an additional five optional years) will provide turnkey remote patient observation solutions and services to the VA Medical Centers and Community Living Centers. This IDIQ supports VA efforts to leverage telehealth technologies to make it easier for veterans to connect with VA care teams from home, the clinic, and the hospital.

She provides unique insight and application from the user level to the program management level. She is an experienced procurement analyst, contract specialist, supervisor, policy analyst, team leader, and project manager. Ms. Croll has worked to successfully deploy multiple complex electronic program management systems, generated of millions of dollars of rebate revenue and cost avoidance, and managed problem resolution through effective collaboration and outstanding customer and colleague relationships.
